Urgent Help Needed for Sick Stray Kittens

I’m currently visiting my mother in Jersey and she told me about how these stray cats in the backyard had babies. I’ve only seen six of the kittens and about 2 young mother but the babies are all very ill. They have infected eyes with puss coming out of them. Their eyes are mostly shut and their nose looks stuffed, some definitely have an upper respiratory infection. One of them is really bad, breathing through the mouth and I’m not sure how to help. I’ve been trying to do warm compress and just started applying terramycin ointment on their eyes to help soothe them! But everyday their eyes look glued shut. One of them looks like it has a head injury/mass as well and another looks like it’s losing a toe. I have no clue how much it’ll cost for medication so donate whatever you’d like to help with. I bought the Terramycin for $25. If I decide to take one to the vet it will be quite expensive so I’m trying to avoid that.
